Cocktails and Silent Auction will begin at 6:30 PM
Dinner will be served at 7:00 PM
Live Auction will take place from 8:30-10:30 PM
Dancing will immediately follow the Live Auction

We need items donated for our silent auction baskets. It’s so simple! Just bring in your donation to the library and the benefit committee will do the rest. We are looking for items or groups of items to make themed baskets too. All donations will be recognized in our benefit program.

We need items donated for our silent auction baskets. It’s so simple! Just bring in your donation to the library and the benefit committee will do the rest. We are looking for items or groups of items to make themed baskets too. All donations will be recognized in our benefit program.

Bring your donation(s) to the library. Please make sure your name is on
your donation so that you can be properly recognized in the benefit
program.
What is a themed basket?These are items that are similar and are ready to be put into a basket.
Examples of themed baskets:
Family Game Night - family board games, cards, card holders, popcorn, pencils, pens, paper, etc…
Going Fishing - fishing poles (adult or children), lures, bobbers, gift certificate/card to a sports store, bucket hat, gummie worms, etc...
Winnie-the-Pooh - Winnie-the-Pooh merchandise, movie, Disney store gift certificate, etc...
Sports Fan - Bat, baseball glove, baseballs, football, soccer ball, bases, gift certificate/card sport goods store, etc…
Books, Books, Books - Children’s books or adult novels, reading light, book covers, gift certificate/card book store, etc…
More examples: Gardening for Kids, Crafts for Kids, Scrapbooking, Homemade Jewelry, etc… Just be creative!
Do I need to bring a basket for my donation(s) or my themed basket?Nope, the benefit committee has a variety of baskets. Just bring in your donation and the benefit committee will put your donations into a basket and will make it look great too.

We
need our community to help us with silent auction baskets. Remember ALL
donations large or small will be recognized in our benefit program.
